This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

The times I have felt the most peaceful are in lakes, floating on my back with my face to the sun and the silence of water in my ears. To let go, to open my hands and float...these are the moments that I feel the Great Spirit of life holding me up. The thought inscribed there in the paint is my prayer of thanks.
About Alisha Lee Jeffers
Alisha Lee Jeffers is a painter/photographer whose images reflect the spirit of life. Formally trained in Seattle at Gage Academy and the University of Washington, her work has been exhibited and collected in the Puget Sound region since 2002. She relocated with her husband to Northern Colorado in the spring of 2014 and finds abundant inspiration in its brilliant landscapes.
